Leitner - Poma of America, Inc. announce management changes
July 2002

Michael Seeber, the owner of Leitner and Poma has announced that effective July 1, 2002, a new management team will be responsible for all operations of Leitner-Poma of America in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Rick Spear, a 24 year veteran of Poma, assumes the position of President; J.F. Mugnier, Vice-President/Engineering; and Bud Haupt, Vice-President/Finance.

Spear, who began his career with Poma in Woodstock, Vermont in 1978, retains his current responsibilities as Director of Sales for North American and Australian operations.

Prior President, Dean Anderson, moves to the Board of Directors of Leitner-Poma of America, Inc., which is now chaired by Mr. Seeber and vice-chaired by Jean Gauthier, President of Poma France and of which Werner Amort (Director of Finance Leitner Italy) and Philippe Clement (Director of Finance Poma France) are members.
