Paid Personal Time (PPT)
Full-time employees who work 30 hours or greater in a work week accrue 10 days of PPT in their first year of employment. (this increases to 13 days during the second and third years of employment, 18 days during the fourth through seventh year of employment, 23 days the eight through the twelfth year, 28 days the thirteenth through the eighteenth year of employment. Growing to 30 days for the nineteenth employment.
Paid Holidays
Leitner Poma offers 10 paid holidays to full-time employees (New Years Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and a LPOA ski holiday (the Leitner Poma family has a ski day together. Team members are able to ski at resorts that have recently purchased LPOA lifts and actually see and experience what they’re building for our customers. Lift tickets, lessons and lunch are free to all team members.) Eligibility is 30 calendar days after date of hire.
